Spring is almost here! Lawn Maintenance service starts March 6th, and your service day remains the same as last year.

Our recurring mowing schedule runs Weekly or Bi-weekly from March to November. From December to February, we mow once a month, with leaf pickup and yard cleanup services available.

Lawn Service Maintenance Details

Mowing Service Details

We use mulching mowers to mow front, back, alley, and side yards. Our team will edge with a steel blade and line trim around beds, fences, trees (please protect them to avoid damage), AC units, and areas inaccessible with the mower. After mowing, we’ll blow the area clean.

Service Day and Time

Mowing services run Monday to Friday with assigned days based on location. Routes are consistent but may change due to various factors. Arrival times aren’t guaranteed, but crews may work until 6 pm in spring and summer. If your yard isn’t mowed by 5 pm, they could still be on their way.

24-Hour Guarantee

If you’re unhappy with any service we performed, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to fix and redo whatever wasn’t done right—no excuses. We’ll address it during the next service if reported later. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Pet Waste

Holidays

Our goal is to show up on your designated mow day, even if it falls on a holiday. Due to our busy schedule, we can’t skip a day and catch up later. If you’d prefer to skip mowing on a holiday, please call or email us in advance.

Season Schedule

Our lawn mowing season kicks off in March as follows:

• Bi-weekly service for all customers starting in March.
• From April and running through October, we switch to weekly mowing.
• In November and December, we go back to bi-weekly mowing, with special visits right before Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• From December to February, we offer a monthly service to clear any debris and mow winter and early spring weeds. This monthly winter service is priced the same as one weekly service, with no extra charge for bagging.

Payment Terms

Credit/Debit Card: You’ll be billed the day after each trip with a card on file. Service continues until canceled. Processing times may vary, and charges might not appear immediately. For concerns about transaction dates, we can provide an accounting review.

Damage Reporting

Report any damages within 24 hours for consideration. If you have landscape lights with exposed wiring, please inform us in advance, as we cannot guarantee the safety of such lights.

Rain Policy

We strive to complete our routes unless it rains all day. In that case, we push the schedule back by one day, using Saturday and Sunday to catch up. If you believe it’s too wet to mow, please call to skip the service. However, skipped services will not be rescheduled, which may result in taller grass and potential issues.

Pool Areas

There is no deduction if you build a pool and decrease the size of your yard. Homes with pools require more edging and line trimming, so rates remain unchanged.

Insurance

We are fully insured with General Liability coverage.

Contract

We believe in earning your trust and approval with each visit. That’s why LawnExpert does not require a contract. We value open communication and your honest feedback.

Cancellations

If you cancel before fulfilling the 2-trip minimum, a $40.00 fee applies. If we cancel, no fee will be charged. We consider you a customer from season to season until you cancel. Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations during business hours.
